Booking process
To secure a booking we require a 50% non-refundable deposit and the balance paid no later than 30 days prior to your event.
Please advise us via email if you would like to proceed with a booking we will send through our account details, booking agreement along with the deposit payment invoice.
Upon receipt of deposit payment, you will also receive our music info form for all your song requests, schedule, contact details etc.
We are available throughout the entire process to answer any questions, offer song suggestions, and share our expert tips, advice, and feedback as desired.
Final Balance Payment and Music Info Form
The final balance payment is due no later than 30 days prior to your wedding date, along with the final music info form.
We will go through all the info you've shared in the form and confirm all your requests prior to the big day!
